Shipping Policy

HIRE BNE offers Australia-wide express shipping for all hire garments. By booking with us, you agree to the following shipping terms:

Shipping Times

• Orders requiring postage should be placed before 4PM Tuesday to guarantee delivery before the weekend.
• All items are sent via Express Post through Australia Post.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping includes both delivery and a pre-paid return satchel.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your hire total.

Delays

• HIRE BNE is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
• We do not offer refunds for late deliveries once the parcel has been shipped on time.
• In the case of delayed deliveries caused by AusPost, you may be eligible for a store credit for the hire value +10%, minus postage fees.

Returns

• Postal hires must be returned via Express Post using the provided satchel, by 4PM the next business day after your event.
• Late returns will incur a $15 per day fee.
